1. Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

2. Ingredients 8 cups water 1 ½ cups warm buttermilk 3 ½ lb. Yukon gold potatoes 1 ¼ tsp. salt ¾ tsp. pepper 𝟏𝟑 cup butter, melted 3 garlic cloves 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 cups chicken broth

3. Mince garlic

4. Sauté garlic in hot oil over medium heat 3 minutes.

5. Add water, chicken broth, potatoes & ¼ tsp. salt.

6. Bring to a boil.

7. Cover, reduce heat and cook 15 – 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

8. Drain potatoes.

9. Add buttermilk, butter, pepper and 1 tsp. salt.

10. Mash potatoes with large fork or potato masher.
