 Home automation is the use of one or more computer to control basic home functions and
features automatically and sometimes remotely. It is also known as intelligent homes. It is
use to the control of home equipment by GSM.
 A security is a system designed to detect intrusion- unauthorized entry building or area.
 Home security system work on the simple concept of securing entry point into home with
sensors that communicate with a GSM model or control panel or command letter centre
installed in convenient location somewhere in the home.
 Why GSM: Because GSM is the one of the most used communication networks today.
Almost every person has a mobile station these days. all equipments or devices can be
control and operate by only a single device. This all equipments are controlled by only
sending and receiving SMS.
