Location Release
A location release is to be signed by the owners of the
shop/business when private companies or individuals would
like to use their business for other purposes.
I would need their permission before the start of my production.
I would need to prepare 2 location release for Ratcliffe College
and also the cookie.
I wouldn’t need a location release for Leicester Market as it is a
public place.

Location Recce
A location recce is to be signed by a represented of my photo
shoot to see if the location of the shoot is suitable
It also involves if the location has any potential light, sound
issues that may involve in the disruption of the shoot.
I would need to prepare a location recce for both Ratcliffe
College, The Cookie and Leicester Market.

Risk Assessment
A risk assessment is to be done and signed by the person who
is in charge of the shoot.
The reason for doing risk assessment is to see whether if the
location used has any potential hazards that can harm anyone
involved in the production.
It involve with the weather, equipment, surroundings etc.
I would need to complete a risk assessment for all my
locations, which includes Leicester Market, Ratcliffe College
and The Cookie.
