can create a page for your business which is called Google Plus for business.

Google Places page into one page. So that both will be listed on Google Maps and have
social features.

So How to Merge Your Google Places and Google Plus
Pages?
 If you have a Google Plus Local listing, then just create a Google Plus business page
and verify it. After that postcard verification is the only option for merging.
 You’ll have the option to enter your name. Request for the postcard. Your postcard
will be received within 7-10 days. Just enter your pin and yes you have done it!! Your
Google Plus and Google Plus Local accounts have merged with each other.
