The Ministry of Corporate Affairs is revising Form SPICe (INC-32) to include applying for a Company PAN and first TAN from the Income Tax Department in the incorporation form itself. Applying for both PAN and TAN will be mandatory for all new SPICe forms filed on or after January 23, 2017. Stakeholders are advised to download the new version of SPICe for fresh applications from this date and the old version for previously marked resubmission cases. Filing of SPICe forms will be temporarily unavailable from January 20-23, 2017 to implement the changes. The revised SPICe will require applying for both PAN and TAN, generating pre-filled Forms 49A
