I am an experienced IT professional with over 18 years in the IT/Telecommunications Industry. The majority of those years have been spent within the customer relations & business development arena. I am customer-focused, profit driven and a team leader and player. 
I have in-depth experience in all stages of the product development life cycle, from sales / technical presentations to system and user acceptance testing, followed by system implementation and user training. As Phoneware Ltd.’s most senior Sales Engineer I am currently responsible for seeking and developing new ways of promoting our products and services with the ultimate goal being the maximisation of company revenues.

Currently managing Phoneware Ltd.’s (a telecommunications software company) online media presence including redesigning our company website and launching a new online marketing campaign. Implemented and use industry standard analytic tools such as Google Analytics & Lead Forensics etc. to maximise the return on all website visits.

 Sourcing potential distributors for Phoneware’s products and services. 
 Working on a new marketing & sales drive for North America (2015). This will involve travelling and presenting at regional user group meetings and conferences.
