hardware and software purchase for manufacturing; scope of the project involved 1500 customers over 18
months and multiple vendors, and was completed on-time, on-budget with minimal downtime.
• Met with management, research scientists, laboratory technicians, and other specialists to gather
specifications, and then planned, organized and acquired a $3 million dollars hardware/software upgrade to
a manufacturing compliance library. Project completed on specification over many months with little
downtime.
• Successfully negotiated with a vendor for a $200,000 reduction from “list” price for major purchase of
hardware and software.
• Discovered and created a document control process library for storage of IT documents and software
relating to pharmaceutical products that were improperly stored; this new library storage system saved the
potential of over $1 million in fines or shut down of a product if audited by the FDA.

While taking time off for family obligations, I completed project management training certification, and studied
to become a certified Stevens Minister to assist others in need. I also became a volunteer for various

implementation, custom application development, quality assurance & testing with on-going support.
• Assigned on-site at Eli Lilly and Company to utilize technology to resolve compliance related issues,
including writing SOPs installation verification instructions, annual product reviews, periodic reviews and

• Managed over 200+ applications, educated team members in defining and producing deliverables that meet
