Ask your kid! They know better than every expert out there!!!!
Do you provide support as your child learns new things or do you protect them so much that they have learn it in secret because you know they are going to figure things out with you or without you.
Don’t talk to strangers, don’t get into cars with strangers, don’t take candy from strangers, don’t accept friend invites from strangers, don’t do something that makes you feel uncomfortable, tell your parent if it happens, let them know about cyber bullying etc
Let you kids know you’re there to catch them if something is wrong. Offer to support them and not to punishment. Get them involved in the decision of what to do next if something isn’t right!Give example of Dashiell & cyberbullying over iPod & how it escalated.
Released to the wild, can never get it back. The internet has a very long memory. Images get downloaded other’s computer’s, tablets, cell phones etc.
