salads made with produce cultivated in the restaurant's hydroponics garden. However, at the

20. Eric Kayser
This Nigerian restaurant is a franchise of the popular Eric Kayser in Paris, France. The
restaurant was cool, airy, bright, and pristine, with a 'kick-back and relaxed atmosphere. The
decor was modern, stylish, and simple. Beautiful ambiance, convenient location, contemporary
decor, and high-quality food. It's a great place for both intimate eating and group gatherings.
The pricing point is about right - neither too low nor too high. The servers are kind, and the food
preparation time was reasonable. Freshness and quality 'reeked' from the food; it was pure
perfection! The service was fantastic. Every member of the staff was friendly, conscientious, and
professional. What struck me as particularly impressive about Eric Kayser Boulanger was the
staggering array of desserts and pastries available for purchase at the counter. It was as if I'd
been teleported to Paris and wandered into one of the city's many great cafes or boulangeries!
From the outside to the inside, the property exuded elegance and grace.
