I have a diploma degree, a doctoral degree and a habilitation all in computer science from RWTH Aachen University. Currently, I lead a research group at the information systems chair, RWTH Aachen University. In 2001, I was a visiting fellow at the MIT Entrepreneurship Center of MIT Sloan School of Management. I am vice coordinator of the IP ROLE (Responsive Open Learning Environment) and involved in 3 other EU TEL projects (GALA, TELLNET, TELMAP). I am also member of the research excellence cluster "Ultra High Speed Mobile Information and Communication" (UMIC) and the DFG cluster project CONTICI.
