• Treat the customer as if we had just one customer.
• Each interaction is an opportunity to inspire + grow.
• Be genuine and intentional.
• Success is in the details of the experience.

• Count your blessings to have each customer.
• Listen more than you speak.
• Appreciate that each customer is unique + valuable.
• Treat the customer how you want to be treated.
• Being humble is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of
yourself less.
• It’s okay to make mistakes, as long as you learn from them.

• Make every interaction a delightful ‘moment of truth’.
• Try to resolve any problem or issue in one interaction.
• Send surprises + gifts to wow the customer.
• Go the extra mile.

• Most people don’t like asking questions, out of shyness or fear,
so let customers know you’re here for them, all the time.
• Provide multiple methods for easy access.
• Have as little hurdles as possible for your customer to reach
you. “Leave the door open!”
• Give each customer that “one customer” feel.
• Be a cheerleader for your customer’s goals and dreams.

• Dedicate yourself to learning and growing every single day.
• Contemplate on a thought for the day.
• Inspire the customer with new ideas to push them ahead.

• Try to resolve any problem or issue in one interaction.

• Make training fun, easy-to-digest, and simple-to-apply.

• The simpler you can make the communication, the faster the
results will come.
