This document contains notes about quality issues found in a pair of pants and actions taken to address them. The issues include visible stitching, puckering, uneven hems, poorly shaped pockets, slanted labels, and incorrectly placed belt loops. To resolve the issues, machine tensions were adjusted, workers were retrained, and quality control checkpoints were added to ensure guidelines are followed and issues don't reoccur.
