2. Intro
Who am I?
I am an eCommerce Product Manager who has worked for Lazada (SVP Product for Ops, Marketplace,
Finance) and Wayfair (Director of Product for Supplier Ops). Iâd never really focused on the buyer side,
and so wanted to spend some time researching it a bit. And figured iâd create this document in the
process.
Purpose of this doc:
To do a benchmarking of Buyer Experience Best Practices among grocery and non-grocery players
