3. • To choose, you need something to be chosen.
• You need knowledge to make that Decision.
• Knowledge+ Decision= Choice
• Each and every action of our lives are filled with choices.
• Search your life and if there is at least one thing
you did not choose to become, then think over it again.
E.g.. Hereditary myth.

4.  So what's the difference between a choice and a decision?
 Consciously and energetically, decisions are not as empowering.
 Choices are very empowering. Why?
 Because choices are based upon facts, not emotions! Choices have clarity. Choices
provide you with options.
 Decisions are usually without options.
 Decisions are usually based upon someone else's idea of what you should do,
could do, or better yet just do what they expect you to do.

5.  I would answer you it’s a way of life which is
surprisingly called Principles.
 Universe is full of principles.
 you can’t argue with principles cos it’s unchangeable.
 So choice is a must.

6.  Life is full of choices.
 If you fail to choose, u fail to live life,
 and loose the biggest gift that has ever given to you
 cos’ at the end of the day that’s what really make you
different from other creation in the Universe.

7.  We Ethiopians are too emotional for everything
 That our life is full of Decision not choice.
 We give emotionally,
 love emotionally,
 Support emotionally,
 Gets in to commitment emotionally,
 Live emotionally.
 So, we really need to Choose.

 absolutely deserve Knowledge
in your life.

14. A.Humbly Listen
* Learn to listen to all people.
Today, most people, including some leaders,
listen only to others on their level of leadership
– peers,
- relatives,
- friends
………… and neglect little ones and the poor.

15.  In our world today, there is much distraction.
 We are bombarded daily with all kinds of technology
- television,
-radio,
-computers games, and so forth.
* There are so many things that compete for our attention that it is difficult to
listen.
* Listening demands uninterrupted attention and focus

16.  Listening is an act that requires skill.
 A true listener listens regardless of who is speaking.
 We listen to obtain information.
 We listen to understand.
 We listen for enjoyment.
 We listen to learn.
 And no one will listen to us until we listen to ourselves.

17.  Clearly, listening is a skill that we can all benefit from improving.
 By becoming a better listener, you will improve your productivity,
 as well as your ability to
- influence,
- persuade and
- negotiate.
 What's more, you'll avoid conflict and misunderstandings.
 All of these are necessary for workplace success!

traumatic or negative experience
2. Talk about it with friends and loved ones
Each day you should chip away at it; wear it down.
There's no quick fix. Get to the root of the problem;
focus on it and understand that you need to resolve each issue
before you can move on.

 Remember that no one is perfect.
 Even the most confident people have insecurities.
 At some point in any of our lives, we may feel we lack something.
 That is reality.

If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.
No matter what's happened in your life, you can always lay claim to the fact
that from this day forward,
you've followed your principles to the best of your ability.
