1. Turn in fundraising money to your Team Captain or American Cancer Society Staff person.
EASY 2. Receive a certificate which enables you to redeem a prize for your achieved
fundraising amount.
STEPS 3. Log on to www.relaycentral.org and enter the code found in the center of the certificate
you received. (You may also call 888.735.2943 to redeem your certificate over the phone)
To Receive 4. Select ONE ITEM PER CERTIFICATE and enter your shipping information.
Your Recognition 5. Delivery of your item will arrive at your chosen shipping address in 3-4 weeks.
