at conferences and events. In 2014, Kathy
Levinson served as the keynote speaker at
Reaching Out MBA, a conference for lesbian,
gay, bisexual, and transgender MBA students.
First established in 1999, Reaching Out began
as Harvard Business School and Yale School of
Management student-led conference for LGBT
MBAs. Reaching Out has now operated as an
organization for 15 years.

 Reaching Out is focused on inspiring, informing,
and uniting business students who can make a
change in the world’s workplaces and
classrooms.

students to achieve their potential, so they can
