I'm Kate and I help people become free from phobias, fear and anxiety related problems. I believe that everyone can overcome limiting, irrational and overwhelming fear, its just a case of knowing how. I work with children and adults who are scared of things; heights, public speaking, social situations, whatever it might be. My clients have been great at trying to hide their problem, pretending it will go away and adjusting their lives to avoid their fear. I help them to find relief, freedom and confidence so they can get on with their lives with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
