How to use Insignia Library OPAC

1. OPAC Online Public Access Catalog

2. OPAC • Be sure to select your library in the drop down window.

3. OPAC • You can search by Keyword, Title, Author, etc.

4. Searching for a book • In the Keyword Search, type in magnetism. There are five matches.

5. Searching for a book • Look at the first book. The call number is 621 HAS. This is the address. It tells you where the book is located.

6. Searching for a book • Look at the Availability. 0 of 1 means there is one copy in our library but it is checked out.

7. Finding a book on your AR Level • On the search page, click the Kiosk tab.

8. Finding a book on your AR Level • Click the AR icon.

9. Finding a book on your AR Level • Select your AR level.

10. Finding a book on your AR Level • There are 643 books at SAC that are AR level 2.0 – 2.9.

11. Finding a book on your AR Level • Scroll down to find a just right book!
