A short description of how you locate the correct url of a 'Small' version of a photo on flickr.

1. Flickr: Find the url of a SMALL image on Flickr

2. Go to flickr.com . Do a search for an image

3. Click on the 'Advanced Search' link

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the 'advanced search' page and put a check mark in: 'Only search within Creative Commons -licensed content' Then click the 'SEARCH' button.

5. You can now change the search term to anything you like and flickr will automatically search for work under the CC license. Click on any photo to get to the photo page.

6. On the photo page, click the 'All Sizes' link.

7. IMPORTANT! - Click on the ' Small ' link to get the right version of the image You should end up with a page that looks similar this!!!!

8. RIGHT click on 'Download the Small size' and select 'Copy Link Location'. In Firefox this link will say: 'Copy Link Location' In Internet Explorer it will say: 'Copy Shortcut' In Safari it's: 'Copy Link

9. IMPORTANT! Paste this link into your browsers address bar and MANUALLY remove the ' _d ' at the end and hit ENTER

10. You should get a page similar to this. If you don't, you have done something wrong. The URL now in your address-bar is the correct URL for the 'Small' image. Make sure it ends on ' _m.jpg '
