a 5,850 acre project. The property has 1.5 miles of frontage along both sides of Interstate 95 and over 2 miles
of frontage along the Florida East Coast Railroad. It is located in the southeast quadrant (East Parcel) and
southwest quadrant (West Parcel) of the Interstate 95 at
US Hwy 1 interchange.
