Dr. Whiteman, MSW, PhD has extensive experience in management and organizational issues in behavioral healthcare systems, including program evaluation including needs evaluation, process evaluation, and outcomes evaluation; quality assurance measurement and analysis; and development and implementation of programs and services for integrated care.
