The Project Management Coaching Program has been
established with the following goals in mind:
To take an experiential view of each Knowledge Area,
reinforcing prior learning and experience through discussion of
participant’s real life examples
To enhance skills in the areas of leadership, team building,
communication, influencing, negotiation, conflict management
and relationship building
To provide participants with a safe environment in which to
share ideas, experiences and receive coaching for challenging
situations

6. Session Descriptions
Session 1 - Human Resource Management
This session takes a look at what kind of leaders we want to be, and how we approach team building.
Session 2 - Scope Management
This session looks at the influencing skills needed to manage scope with our stakeholders.
Session 3 - Time and Risk Management
This session looks at our individual planning styles our time management skills and how we perceive risk.
Session 4 - Communication Management
This session considers how we manage conflict and how our personal communication styles impact our success.
Session 5 - Cost and Procurement Management
This session looks at negotiating skills and how to develop a BATNA (best alternative to a negotiated agreement).
Session 6 - Integration and Quality Management
This session considers how we approach change, and integrates the learnings from past sessions.
7. Pre-requisites
Two years experience in a project management role
Basic familiarity with the 9 Knowledge Areas from the
Project Management Body of Knowledge
Knowledge of Myers Briggs Type - this will be used as a
framework for self understanding, and a tool for learning
communication, conflict management and negotiation
skills.
If MBTI type is known this can be brought to the class
If MBTI type is not known, Karen will conduct the assessment
and a 90 minute 1 on 1 interpretive session
8. Pricing
Group Coaching (min 3 people): $350 per person
$325 for PMI members
Individual Coaching: $895 per person
$850 for PMI members
Myers Briggs Assessment: $125 per person
for assessment and 90 minute interpretation
$95 for PMI Members
In person Group Coaching: Price available on request

Karen Davey-Winter is an Executive and Life Coach who has
trained with the College of Executive Coaching and Coach U.
She is PMP certified and also a certified Myers Briggs Type
Indicator Practitioner.
She has over 20 years experience in senior IT leadership roles in a
variety of organizations.
As part of her coaching practice she helps individuals and groups
develop practical strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
at work, achieving better outcomes through improved leadership
skills.
Karen combines her extensive project management experience with
her coaching skills to deliver this unique adult learning program.
