An experienced social scientist, researcher and L&D practitioner (FCIPD, FLPI) I aim to help people and organisations reach their goals. I've held a series of senior management positions working in the academic & third sectors. I bring energy, enthusiasm and determination to my work. Active in professional networks and on social media I believe human connections are at the heart of effective collaboration and leadership.
In my current role at the Higher Education Academy I work with academics, learned societies & institutions to continuously improve the quality of teaching and learning in HE. My remit includes social sciences, the arts & humanities and HEA's research programme.
