2. • Responsibility:
• My profile was to work out on new projects. Submission of RFQs, finalization development/
production cost of components/assemblies. I am responsible for FPA of new components and
setting up new assembly lines. I successfully executed various LED based lights. I used
Unigraphics NX6 in above projects.

A) Company: VNG AUTOMOTIVE Pvt. Ltd. (MK AutoClutch Industries Group)

Company Profile: MK group is in the business of manufacturing of two wheeler auto
parts like brake shoes,clutch plates, clutch hub, pressure plates and many others.
Responsibility:
I looked after mould design, press tool design, pressure die-casting and all those projects were to
be done in Unigraphics NX. I followed a good modeling practice like GD&T symbols,
associativity, master model concept, etc.
B) Company: PMS Flashmatic Ltd. (Haridwar)(From Aug 2007 to June 2009)

Responsibility:
I worked as an Associate Member (R&D) with PMS Flashmatic Ltd. I was responsible for
Component design & Tool Design using Unigraphics and first piece approval . And I was also
responsible for providing mechanical data of electronic parts to electronic engineers and vendors.
Responsibility:
I was responsible for complete design from available samples or drawings using Sketches,
Curves, Curve Operations Form Feature, Feature Operations and Free Form Features. I was
also responsible for designing of electrodes, release of drawings and FPA. I was also
responsible for CAM path generaion for CNC milling. Company uses Unigraphics software
for designing and CAM path generation. Verifying the generated CAM programs .
