 Detailed of Responsibilities :
 The incumbent co-develops and executes the Logistics strategy for the company under supervision of the Head of
Supply Chain within the corporate guidelines. This includes:
 Planning and timely execution of the right logistics infrastructure to support the fast growing Indian business.
 Manage the current warehousing infrastructure of Hub, Mother warehouses and DCs with the help of Logistics
service provider.
 Managing inbound and Outbound logistics from 3rd party manufacturing sites to HUB’s, DC’s and then onwards to
customers. Organizing, supervising and controlling the flow of goods and documents within the warehouses.
 Ensuring best practices of warehouse stacking, loading/unloading, etc are adhered to at every stock node point
within the ambit of defined cost/service parameters.
 Ensuring shrinkage management practices are adhered to through periodic cycle count processes to ensure zero
shrinkage.

3.  Visit and audit all Hubs, Mother warehouses and DCs and study warehouse management processes and storage
norms.
 Ensuring end to end inventory visibility through timely and diligent documentation in the system.
 Reviewing and managing back orders regularly, while monitoring deliveries to all the customers across the country
regularly for 100% deliveries on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
 Ensure regular review of the stocks situation with Planning team and initiating the necessary stocks transfers to
avoid the out of stocks situation and service loss.
 Demurrage control and space management towards ensuring right infrastructure and optimal utilization.
 Building a strong transportation network with identified primary and secondary transportation vendors by lane.
Working with the transportation vendors to ensure strong business relationship and support at optimal cost and
vehicle load factor basis.
 Negotiating favorable terms for annual transportation agreements.
 Building transportation SLAs with the transportation providers for both vehicles and couriers to ensure right
customer service and inventory management at the right cost.
