Plantation is very important
process. Because plants are
very much important for our
life and for every ones life
including animals and
human beings.

6. The process of plantation is very
complex and broad field but here we
are just totally focus on two
things, they are:
De-forestation
Forestation

There is no proper definition of
deforestation but according to our
views deforestation is the process
in which the state or human being
cut off the trees illegally without
planting other

like;
Farming
Ranching
Logging
Industries
CONSEQUENCES
Effecting wildlife
Earth climate and water cycle being effected
global warming

9. Deforestation and effects
• Percentage of green area in Pakistan is 5% according to the general idea,
according to the forest department it is 3.4%, but according to some
experts it is even less than the said percentage.
• Due to deforestation climate change occurs.
• Forests and green areas are replacing rapidly with buildings and housing
scheme. There is no alternate for these forests and green areas.
• De-forestation effects global warming .
• De-forestation also effect the wild life or we say eco-system.
• De-forestation cause increase in pollution like noise pollution, water
pollution, air pollution etc
• Deforestation also cause diminishing the real and natural beauty of the
country or that place
• De-forestation also effect the economic condition of the state
• Deforestation have effect on the water shed areas like kaghan, Narran,
mansehra.

10. Steps to avoid deforestation
• Set proper rules and regulation for cutting trees.
• Cut those trees which are already drowned and burn
• Also cut those trees which are not important or in other words not
useful for wildlife and for humans
• Government must change there policies about cutting trees.
• Provide sources of income to those whose earning totally depend upon
trees.
• The forest ministers and employees must generate revenue from those
trees which are drowned and burn and avoid cutting of living trees

Forests he have a great impact on the water cycle, like raining snow fall and then melting
process.
Eucalyptus shows a rapid growth and a good source for match industry.
Forests can be used for producing the fuel. And diesel plants can work. Example is the masseur
India. Where the train service of the whole province is working with the help of these
plants.
Forests are the huge source of income in many ways. We can get medicinal plants from these
forests.
In Pakistan there are more than 6000 medicinal plants. While only 400 of them are identified.
50,000 registered Hakeem's using these plants, and 40 registered dawakhanas in Pakistan, and
a very interesting thing that more than 80% of the population depends upon this kind of
treatment. 40% of medicines are based on natural herbs.

Our team are focusing on creation awareness about the importance of
plantation and dis-advantages of de-forestation.

and in government
