What is required from you?
• A willingness letter & acceptance to the terms of
Service.
• Franchise License fee is Rs 25,000 for the Cities Listed
in Group, Where as it is 15,000 for the Cities Listed in
group B for the entrepreneur willing to join us in India.
For the Overseas Entrepreneur
• The Franchise fee is 250 USD for the Cities which are
listed in the application form where as for the other cities
the Franchise Fee is Rs 150 USD.
The Regional Master Franchise Licensee
• The Regional Master Franchise Licensee is responsible
for awarding individual franchises/ or appoint travel
agent within their Region's territory, and for providing
ongoing support and service to the franchisees to
effectively penetrate in the market.
The Regional Master Franchisee License fee is
• Rs 2.5 lakh for the Major Cities in India, included in
group A & Rs 1.00 lakh for Cities listed in in Group B.
The entrepreneur if so desire can pay this Regional
Master Franchisee Fee in part .
For the Overseas Entrepreneur
• The Regional Franchise fee is 2500 USD for the Cities
which are listed in the application form where as for the
other cities the Franchise Fee is Rs 1500 USD.

How long will it take to process my request for Regional Master Franchisee?
Once you have submitted your willingness letter on your letter pad to join as a Regional Master Franchisee along with
the First Part of your payment, you shall be linked to Integration to Centralized Management information system.
Normally it takes one week after the realization of your payment. (A sample of willingness letter is enclosed here
with for your information.)
What is the Franchisee Fee?
There are two type of Franchisee that we offer
1. Regional Master Franchisee License Fee
2. Franchisee fee.

The Regional Master Franchise Licensee is responsible for awarding individual franchises/ or appoint travel agent
within their Region's territory, and for providing ongoing support and service to the franchisees to effectively penetrate
in the market.

Are there any ongoing costs?
The Franchise/Travel Agents appointed by the Regional Franchisee need not to pay on this account. Whereas
we charge Rs 10,000/ $ 250 per year from the Regional Master Franchise .
Is there any restriction to appoint the franchise /Travel Agent in their jurisdiction?
The regional Master franchise do have the right to appoint as many franchise in their jurisdiction ( for which they have
purchased the Regional Master Franchise ) but of course there is restriction, the franchise fee, The regional
franchisee license holder can not charge less than $ 250 USD per Franchisee. The detail of such franchise is
mandatory & is to be submitted periodically once in a year
We don’t have any idea about the tour packages & the places of tourist interest in India

Can Arion appoint, Franchise in the geographically area, for which Arion has appointed The Regional
Master Franchise.
Normally, we don't appoint, but where it is observed that the regional Master Franchise is taking no interest to sell
our tour packages effectively, in that case Arion may appoint 50 % of the franchise to safe-guard business. A
comparative statement, between the regions of similar kind is enough to reach to such conclusion.
What will be the cost- sharing arrangement for the advertisement at local level & national level?
The local level advertisement such as, advertisement by inserting pamphlets, hoarding is left to the franchisee,
the franchiser does not have any control over such campaigns so we don’t share any costs on this account. .
How ever in the event when the advertisement at the national level, its frequency & expenditure on the account
shall be decided unanimously among the franchisee & a proper record of the whole affair shall be maintained

Yes, it is your business so you can start any way you choose. Of course your earnings are dependent on how you
start and how much time you put into the business; you may join us if you change your mind in between & don’t
want to continue you may ask refund for the First Part of your Regional Master Franchisee Fee.
What are the Terms & Condition to become a Franchisee?
We work on a very simple principle that is multiplying our resources, sharing and building onto each other's
strengths & drive out the maximum benefits, which could be difficult if alone. The frequently asked point discussed
above shall form to constitute the terms of the agreement.
What is the validity of this Agreement?
This Regional Master Franchise Fee Licensee hold valid for a term of five year from the date of signing the
agreement , for awarding individual franchises within their Region's territory, and for providing ongoing support
and service to the franchisees.

Normally the parameters that are considered while
financing by the prospective lender are given for
your guidance
Capacity to repay
Capacity to repay is the most critical. The
prospective lender will want to know exactly how you
intend to repay the loan. The lender will consider the
viability of your project, the timing of the repayment,
and the probability of successful repayment of the
loan
Your own contribution
Your own contribution in the business .The
Prospective lenders and investors will expect you to
have contributed from your own assets and to have
undertaken personal financial risk to establish the
business before asking them to commit any funding.
Collateral Security or guarantees
Collateral Security or guarantees are additional
forms of security you can provide the lender. Giving
a lender collateral means that you pledge an asset
you own, such as your home/ your piece of land , to
the lender with the agreement that it will be the
repayment source in case you can't repay the loan.
A guarantee, on the other hand, is just that—
someone else signs a guarantee document
promising to repay the loan if you can't. Some
lenders may require such a guarantee in addition to
collateral as security for a loan.
