As an attorney and founding partner of the Chicago law firm of Mitchell, Hoffman & Wolf, LLC, my personal injury practice is concentrated in the fields of automobile and trucking accidents, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation. I have also successfully represented numerous clients in cases involving elder abuse and neglect in nursing homes and long term care facilities. I am the former Chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Tort Litigation Committee. In 2003 I was proud to be named by the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of the top 40 attorneys under the age of 40 in Illinois.
