pursue their passions outside
of work.
4 Steer Away From the Norm.
Sometimes it may be beneficial to steer
away from the company's usual way of doing
things. Letting go of what the company is
accustomed to can go a long way towards
building morale.
5 Have Fun.
Fun should be a regular part of the
schedule. Reward your employees, build
and enhance your community constantly,
learn your employees and help them grow.
Have team building events, your employees
should enjoy coming to work and
developing not only their skill set but
interpersonal skills.
