•Controlling in Yes Bank is mostly centralized i.e. most
of the activities are controlled by the Regional Office
and the Head Office although a few problems are
solved at the local level.
•The Branch is provided with a limited budget with
which they have to manage all the activities.
•Targets are delegated online by the Head Office to the
Regional Office and then to the Branch Office.
•Controlling is done by the reporting done by the
managers and officers. Reporting is mostly done
online.

the primary focus of the audit is on the key risk areas,
which are of substantial interest to the bank.
