describe habitual actions that
occur with some frequency and
makes no reference to whether it is
happening at present.
 I play tennis. I play tennis.
 (He mentions a sport that I do
every day and I'm not necessarily
playing right now) .He works in an

 (This refers to work that develops a
person frequently). They travel to
Madrid. They travel to Madrid.
 (Talk about a trip that is repeated
daily, although the subject not
being done now).

and negative forms of this tense is:

3.  The simple past expresses an action in the
past taking place once, never, several
times. It can also be used for actions
taking place one after another or in the
middle of another action.
 Use of Simple Past

 Example: He visited his parents every
weekend.

in the Spanish language is Future Imperfect. For
example:

 (No se menciona en que tiempo)
 He will travel to London. Él viajará a Londres.
 (No se especifica cuando)
 They will buy a new car. Ellos comprarán un nuevo
auto.
 (No se sabe en que momento)
Aunque también se puede expresar el tiempo en el que
se desarrollará la acción, por ejemplo:
 Susan will visit her mother tomorrow.
 Susan visitará a su madre mañana.
 John will travel to New York the next month.
 John viajará a Nueva York el próximo mes.
