Writing up the Methodology
Refer to your data collection planning table before starting! Have you…

•   Described every single data collection method you used and been specific about WHY
    you collected the data ? (can be useful to organize this section using key questions as
    sub-headings) Refer back to the hypothesis wherever possible.

•   Been very specific about HOW you collected the data? Make sure you mention sample
    size, sampling method, location and time of day, together with any other relevant factors
    for example state of the tide and weather. Diagrams and original photos can be used.

•   Considered creating an annotated map to show WHERE you collected data and included
    copies of recording sheets, questionnaires etc?

•   Made any equipment? Used your phone to geo-tag photos? Come up with an ingenious
    way to investigate coastal management? Make sure to mention this!

•   Used the same geographical terminology and concepts that you identified in the
    introduction? Highlight them!

If you worked with others at times, please justify your reasons, (e.g to increase sample size)
Make it clear when and where you planned and carried out work on your own.
