Presentation can be Collection of Data and Information to
be delivered to a specific viewer. Data and information
could be Text, Table, Charts, Pictures, Sound and Video.

5. Requirements….!!!!
 Computer or laptop.
 System Installed with MS office/Power Point.

6. Lets get started….!!!!
 Have notes and paper work about the
subject ready to use.
 Open your laptop/ PC installed with MS
office.
 Click on “Start”.
o Open “ All Programs “.
o Open folder “ Microsoft Office”.
o Click “ Microsoft Power point”.

7. New Presentation…!!!
You can start a new presentation from a blank slide, a template,
existing presentations, or a word outline.
A. To create a new presentation from a blank slide:
1. Click the new Microsoft office button
2. Click new
3. Click blank presentation
B. To create a new presentation from a Template:
1. Click the new Microsoft office button.
2. Click new.
3. Click installed or browse through Microsoft office online templates.

8. Step – 1 !!!
 Save Project.
• Click “ File “ & “ Save As “.
• Name the file whatever you desire.

9. Step – 2 !!!
 Make a Title Slide.
1. Type title in “ click to add title “ box.
2. Type sub-title in “ click to add subtitle “ box.

10. Step – 3 !!!
 Shortcut – Ctrl + M. OR “ Insert “ “New Slide”.
 Type Your Heading in Top Box.
 Type Information in the middle box.
 Repeat the process.

11. Step – 4 !!!
 Edit Your slide layout.
1. Click on “ Format “ tab.
2. Click “ Slide Layout “.
• At the right the slide layout option appears.
• Choose first option under “ Text and Content Layouts”.
