The title of the presentation is how to be friends with Millennials, because in the end the millennials are a really important part in the future of your organizations.
First of all i want to show you this cover of Time magazine, and it says “The me me me generation… Millennials are lazy, entitled narcissists who still live with their parents ” I am totally disagree with this statement, because from my point of view, Millennials are different than other generations but in the end they want to create an impact on the world, they want to work in something that make them happy. They don´t want to work 14 hours a day as our parents did, so they want live the life while they are working and have a different lifestyle. It´s because of this, some people think they are lazy and they don´t know what they want, but that´s not reality.
