Thats exactly what we wanted
to create a place where the
children could feel free to
imagine to enquire to feel
excellent and to know that we
care.
3. IMAGINE
This was the time to put our heads
together and find a way to motivate the
children in a way where we could be
their helping hand that would guide
them along their journey to discovery
and unlocking a world of imagination.
4. Reflect
Failure was not an option,
We came up with the
‘BRIGHT’ idea of reading to
the children in person so that
instead of leaving the books there for them
to read by themselves we could assist them.

6. DO
We needed books and the money to buy the
books. We considered sponsors then
fundraising. Since none of those options were
viable we came up with the idea of bringing
books from home which worked out very
well.On our first visit to the junior school, the
children were overjoyed at the fact that we read
for them.
7. SHARE
One of the easiest parts of the process was
sharing our story. Our advantage was with the
fact that our job was to tell stories. The
difference our group has made in the juniors’
was significant. We made a booklet that tells our
story and put it up for display in our school
library.
8. SUSTAIN
One of the main things we did as a group was
discuss. We did this using a feedback
system,so whatever we did the previous week
would be our feedback topic for that day.The
next step of the system was to talk about what
we would do to improve our productivity for that
week .
