This study aims to explore the professional development needs of faculty at Eastern Mediterranean University in teaching and learning, and the effectiveness of ICT-based models implemented to meet those needs. The research questions ask about faculty needs for professional development, how those needs may vary based on demographics, and faculty beliefs about professional development and ICT-based learning opportunities. The methodology will involve surveys of 600 faculty to assess needs and beliefs, then introduce an ICT-based model and invite volunteers to participate.
