1. Creating Calendar in Publisher
In creating calendar using publisher, to go program and search MICROSOFT OFFICE. Select the
MICROSOFT OFFICE PUBLISHER. In here, we are using 2007 Microsoft Office. Please be guided for your
2003 Office…
On the Publisher, select Calendars.

2. This is the page you can see after you click CALENDAR. Select the desired template and customize
everything in customize and options. Then finally click create…

Remember you can only one month in a page if you click ONE MONTH PER PAGE. But if you click one
year per page, you can create one year calendar at one month per page or 12 pages representing 12
months of the year. ALWAYS CHECK THE SET CALENDAR DATES. Click first the TIMEFRAME before
setting the calendar date.

3. Editing Calendar in Publisher
If you want to change the images (e.g. background picture and logos, you need to go to VIEW then
click on Master Page.

4. This is the Master Page where you can now change and edit pictures.

Then after you finished editing, click CLOSE MASTER VIEW of the Master Page Tool bar.

5. Inserting Line Numbers in Microsoft word
in inserting line numbers, go to Page Set Up , then click Layout and then click the Line Numbers.

This will be the case after clicking Line Numbers. Then click check Add the Numbering. Customize the
Start at and the Numbering (e.g. Restart each page, restart each section, continuous). Afterwards, click
OK.

6. The Number Line will appear at the left portion of the document. Notice that there is a blank portion on
table.

But if you want to have number lines within the table, you can insert or place the table inside the text
box. Notice that the table below has already has number line since that table was placed inside the text
box.
