  1. Our experiences shape our perceptions. This is a photo of my family taken on our campus, almost several years ago. My amazing wife nearly 19 years and our two daughters, now ages 10 and 8. Each of us in this room here today has our own family, our own story, and experiences in the field of online education that have shaped our perceptions of online education quality.
