Pack Less Components?
The Pack Less has the raw material 100%
Polypropylene: raffia fabric, sewing thread and hollow
sheet.
What are the main characteristics of
Pack Less?
Different design: flexible, resistant, small apparent
volume without fixing elements, without sharp, dirt-free,
lightweight and versatile (designed for each application).
Petrochemicals Polypropylene: waterproof, nonhygroscopic, inert, non-combustible and recyclable.
Sustainability: compared to the life cycle of wood pallet:
70% less energy consumption, 15% less resource
consumption and 76% less risk factor, 88% less land use,
90% less emissions of greenhouse gases (ECO Space

4. Conceito do Pack Less Concept
The product concept is based on sharing the
load with the ground which allows the tunnels
arc-shaped, having sufficient strength to support
the same at reduced pressure.

10. PLDI Chronology (creating manufacturing). – PLDI is Pack Less Company
2004 - the beginning of the Pack Less Project Development, with research and development of
technology.
2008 - Launch of Pack Less, with implementation of the first pilot project and inauguration of the São
Paulo Plant.
2009 - start of industrial scale production and increase production capacity.
2010 - establishment of international licensing agreements and joint venture, with start of production

The PLDI, in four years of existence, has been honored with two awards:
1.Embalagem Marca : Innovation Award 2011 from a selection of 400 candidate companies.
2. Exports São Paulo: Award given by the Confederation of Industry and Commerce of the State of
São Paulo regarding exports in the period with a focus on innovation in 2009.

1. On the issue of basic inputs (Polypropylene resin), the Pack Less has established formal
partnership with the largest Latin American Petrochemical - Braskem.
The Product Pack Less, has technical reports of performance and sustainability issued by
the following institutions:
1. Performance, the product was analyzed by IPT (Institute for Research and Technology) which
includes: dynamic compression tests, tensile and plastic deformation.
2. Sustainability, the Pack Less was analyzed by Fundação Espaço ECO, maintained by BASF,
which attests, very favorably in all quantities of Sustainability, the Pack Less significant advantages
compared to conventional wooden pallet.
