I seek to promote scientific discovery, efficiency, and collaboration by improving the structure of the biomedical research enterprise. This includes addressing challenges facing our workforce and training systems (FOR and RBR), removing cultural and professional barriers to the free exchange of research outputs (ASAPbio), and enabling fellow early career researchers to participate in policy discussions and scientific citizenship (FOR and ASCB COMPASS).
