Contents: Gameboard, 38 Chance cards, 8 race cards, 21 territory cards, 256 troop
cards, 2 dice, 8 tokens.
Objectives: First objective of this game is to conquer as many territories and expand
your kingdom. During this time, players are allowed to conquer territories and to
compete among each other for the Sword Of Drastan.
Players are not able to have card battle duel at this time. (Refer to card battle)
However, players can attack territories belonging to the opponent. (Refer to
conquering opponents’ territory)
To get the Sword Of Drastan, players have to get into Terradras. When one player
reaches the inside of Terradras, all the player will be summoned from wherever they are
into Terradras for a duel. The one that summoned the people gets to attack first. The
others are followed by a dice throw to determine who attacks second. (Highest amount
of dice throw will attack second)
The winner of the card battle duel will get the Sword of Drastan Card. All players will be
revived at the start point again. Players will also receive back all the cards that were lost
during the card battle duel.
After that, players are able to engage in card battle duel anywhere in the battle field. If a
player gets to defeat the holder of Sword of Drastan, he automatically gets the sword.
How to play: Each players start from their start point which is located at the edges of
the gameboard. To make a move, every player has to throw one dice. (Refer on how to
move for more info).
How to move: (insert the different circle spots picture) Circle spot
To make a move, throw one dice. Players get to move the token around the circle
spots according to the number that player gets during the dice throw. However, players
are also able to move lesser steps. For example, if the dice lands on a 6, players get to
move the token around the circle spots from 1-6.
17. Conquering a territory:
When player lands on a hamlet, castle, fortress or even an opportunity circle spot,
player is required to throw the dice so that it matches the number in that particular spot.
For example, if the castle circle spot has two numbers which are 2 and 4, player has to
throw the dice and get a matching number in order to get conquer the castle or getting
the benefits from it.
Conquering opponents’ territory: Players are able to conquer opponents’ territory the
same way as they are conquering a territory. However, players will have to engage a
card battle duel with the opponent. The opponent (whose territory is being invaded) can
only use the troops placed within the territory for card battle duel.
-Types of territory
Hamlet- After conquering the Hamlet, player will receive a 500 troop card.
The Hamlet will produce a 500 troop card continuously at every round of the player until
it reaches a maximum limit of 1000 troops. Therefore, resulting in two (500 troop) cards.
However, player is only able to retrieve the troop card by getting back to that conquered
territory.
Castle- The Castle will produce a 500 troop card continuously at every round of the
player until it reaches a maximum limit of 2000 troops. However, player is only able to
retrieve the troop card by getting back to that conquered territory.
Fortress-The Fortress will produce a 500 troop card continuously at every round of the
player until it reaches a maximum limit of 2500 troops. However, player is only able to
retrieve the troop card by getting back to that conquered territory.
Card battle: Whenever 2 or more player lands on each other footstep, a card battle/
duel happen. A card battle also happens when a player conquers another player
territory. Besides that, the first card battle of the game will be in Terradras.
During card battle, player can only make 3 moves in a round. When player place a troop
card/ chance card/ hero card, it will be counted as one move.
18. players can place 5 troop cards, 3 skill cards and a hero card. The cards have to be
placed neatly, so that conflicts and miscommunications can be prevented. The troop
cards are to be placed in a row and the skill cards are also placed in a row behind the
troop cards. If a player wants to place a hero card on the battlefield, he may do so by
putting it beside the skill cards. After placing the cards, Players are required to throw the
dice once. The player with the highest number gets to attack first or escape/run away
from battle. ---However, these can all be ignored if the person has a chance card that
allows him not to follow the rule. Next, if a player wishes to attack, he can do so and
every attack is counted as a move. As the player attacks, he can attack his opponent’s
troop cards that are shown or even covered. Once the player’s battlefield is lack of
cards, he can add his cards and of course he has to use his moves in the round.
Whenever a player has no longer got any cards on the battlefield, he has lost the game
and will be out of the game.
Teleportation: Players get to teleport from any starting point to any starting point at the
edges of the gameboard.
-Chance Card
When a player a reaches a point that is written 'C', it means that the player can draw a
chance card. However, the player has to have certain conditions before taking a chance
card. Two numbers are written and they are random. The player has to throw the dice, if
the dice shows any of these two numbers, he can draw a chance card. Unfortunately, if
the dice does not show any of these two numbers, he is not allowed to draw the chance
card. For example, if the numbers 2 and 4 are written on it, the player has to throw the
dice and match any of these two numbers in order to draw a chance. If the player does
not get it, he is not allowed to throw the dice again in the next round. He has to leave
and he could come back to the same point again after the round where he has left.
There are many types of Chance Cards such as Hero Cards, Magic Cards, Negative
Cards
-Hero Cards
Hero Cards are the chance cards with ‘H’ in it. It is usually a card used to support the
troop cards with have. With the hero card, the attack from a player will also be stronger
and more powerful.

32. Manila cards and aluminium foil are used to do the framework. After that, tissues and
white glue (PVA Glue) are used to paste on the manila card. Then, the mountains are
left to dry.
Picture above here shows some of the paper mache mountain.
For the big mountain, the process of making is no different and is similar to that of the
smaller mountains. At the later part, newspapers are used to paste around it before
pasting tissues again.

The process here shows the combination of the big and small paper mache mountain.
The progress in the picture above here shows the completion when its’ about 50%
done.
34. The paper mache mountain was initially painted with different colours to match the
surroundings.
However, it lacked the evil and mysterious feel which we want to bring to the game.
Therefore, we decided to paint it black and grey at the end to bring out the mysterious
atmosphere.
The paper mache mountain painted in
black after a long consideration.
The mountain shown above is
painted with brown, green, grey and
some mixture of colours. However, it
lacked the atmosphere we would like
it to produce.

mountains painted on the
gameboard.
45. Even though we spent quite a large amount of money,
we didn’t regret as the experience we accumulated
from building this board game together are priceless.
