Jos Schijns is Assistant Professor at the School of Management of the Open Universiteit, the Netherlands. His research interests include multichannel management, customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty programs, customer publishing, relationship marketing and direct marketing. His work has been published in e.g. the Journal of Direct Marketing, Journal of Targeting, Measurement and Analysis for Marketing, and the Journal of International Business and Economics.
Before he joined the Open Universiteit he taught courses in direct marketing, relationship marketing and b-to-b marketing at Maastricht University, the Netherlands.
