Example Of A Victim Research Paper
Do you think like a creator or a victim? A creator is a person who takes responsibility for their
choices and tries to achieve what they want in life. A victim is a person who blames other people
for the choices they make and doesn't accept responsibility. After learning about creators and
victims, I have decided that I want to be a creator. In his teaching blog, Professor David Mirman
wrote an essay about students facing the same problem but handling it in different ways. The
instructor told everyone in class on the first day that they would need to buy the textbook to have
next class. The first student didn't have the textbook next class because she said it was the
bookstore's fault. The second student called other schools about the textbook.

What It Means To Become A Victim
Victims, unlike creators who unremittingly ponder alternatives which lead in the upshot they wish,
attempt to find blame for negative, unpleasant situations and obstacles that occur in their lives. Some
people become victims in their environment when rather than by accepting personal responsibility,
gaining self–awareness and believing in themselves, they accept the victim role of trusting that outer
forces decide the outcomes and experiences of their lives. Referring to victims, On Course states,
"make decisions carelessly, letting the future happen by chance rather than by choice" (22). Victims
do not have strategies, no visualization of the life they want, and no motivation to design the future
they desire. Creators seeks ways to remain motivated, adapts to situations and they try to prevent the

thought, emotion, and behavior. As on course states, when you gain self–awareness, you're capable
of choosing motivating goals and dreams that give purpose and direction to your life (149).
Occasionally, we believe we are extricating ourselves by contradicting what we know but truly, we

The way a person act can really determine the way another person perceives them as an individual.
A person can either be judged as a victim or a creator in every situation. A victim is a person who
always has an excuse for everything. They never take full responsibility for their actions, it's

Creator Vs Victim Dilemma
When I think of the creator verses victim dilemma, I think which one I want to be. Do I want to
prosper and advance, or do I want to decline and linger? A creator is a person who thinks of
different ways to be prosperous in life, or even in something as minuscule as a project. A creator

Creator Language I Use Victim Language
While reading and learning more about creator language i learned that i do not use creator
language. If anything i use my inner critic the more than anything. I find myself blaming myself
more that i blame others, or even trying to find a solution to my problem. For example sometimes

This student is very creative and expressive in all areas. She is able to generate original ideas and
discover the positive or negative effect. She has a difficult time making a decision at times
because of her indecisiveness. I have seen her make a list of ideas, she finds the good and bad in

Responsibility Of Creation In Frankenstein
Parents and creators set the main foundation to their creation or offspring. Though Sharon Begley
portrayed that the environment in where the creation or offspring were raised also hindered their
outcome as an adult and the amount of violence contributed. Mary Shelley's fascinating science
fiction novel, Frankenstein, conveyed how the creation was a living proof of how without a creator or
parent to guide him through as a child he would have a higher chance of committing a crime or
becoming violent. Shelly further suggests that since the creation grew up isolated and rejected by
the people around him it increased his aggression as he grew older and hindered his behavior vastly.
The responsibility of a creator is not just to create, but to love and protect their children. They are a
product of not just their own inherited nature, but also as important of their creator's nurturing or
lack thereof. One responsibility of a creator is to take responsibility of their creation, instead of
abandoning it, they should nurture it. The creator should love their creation despite anything
because it is something they created and their minds are still innocent; the creation just wants
attention and to be loved. After Victor created his creation, he referred to him as a hideous monster
because of how he looked. The creation in Shelley's story emphasizes the loneliness of growing up
feeling "miserable and abandoned," (Shelley 165), and how Victor's job as a creator was not carried

How To Play A Victim
In your life, you can choose to play a Victim, with a capital V or you can play or a Creator with a
capital C. A Victim is a person that just takes whatever life gives them. A Creator creates whatever

My grandmother shows me what it means to be a creator only because of her perseverance and
her determinedness. She was born during the time of the Great Depression and she went through

Creator In Frankenstein
In volume 2 of Frankenstein, the Creature not having a positive role model because Victor
abandoned him unleashes the "monster" in him and leads to the Creature not knowing what is
morally right. Through the portrayal of the "monster" inside the creature, Shelley argues that the
role of creator to creation is crucial for proper development. According to Rousseau, everyone is

Reflection of interview I've had quite the learning experience over the last few weeks. I had a
chance to obtain valuable information and support from my principal. I learned so much about
the administration role and how difficult it can be. When I began my interview, I felt

other staffs that not only share in the mission, but also will help every student succeed. In
addition, as an administrator, I need to provide my faculty and staff with the tools and resources
necessary to make everyone feel successful. Each year the school's mission and goals needs to
revisit and a plan of action needs to be executed in order to effectively manage and improve

Philosophers around the world have debated the meaning of morality for centuries. However, it is
a word too subjective to be either denoted or defined. Aristotle, often referred to as the father of
philosophy, advised that one could determine what is moral by examining the mean between two
"less desirable" extremes. For example, courage is a mean between fear and thoughtless rashness;
generosity, between extravagance and parsimony. Plato argued that "to know the good is to do the

This reward system trains us to believe that what is legal is moral. Although a person may be a
law–abiding citizen, he or she may not necessarily be moral.
The morality of an individual is also based on his or her childhood. Parents have an immense effect
on their children's values. For instance, if parents teach their child at early ages to be a hard–worker,
to be honest and true, and to have integrity, then it is likely that the child will grow up with these
morals instilled within them. However, some children grow to be the antithesis of their parents.
They see that their parents are immoral and so they intentionally grow to think and behave
differently. If so, is the child immoral for defying his or her parents, or is the child moral for
defying his or her immoral parents?
Another factor in determining one's morals is one's religiosity. For instance, some religions, such as
Hinduism, believe in animal sacrifices as a way of worshiping; however, other religions, such as
Catholicism, do not. Thus, to a Catholic, the sacrifice of innocent animals may seem immoral
whereas followers of the Hindu religion view the practice as sacred. Therefore, one cannot conclude

A creative person is someone who uses their imagination and intuition to create something new or to
make changes to something that already exists. Creative people have many attributes such as
openness to new experiences, observance, curiosity, personal freedom, a willingness to take risks,
self reliance, persistence and the freedom from fear of failure. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivations are

It would be good for me to develop non–attachment also as I can't get attached to things I do and I
always want my preferences. It would also be good for me to develop skills that could be used in a
group situation as I do not work well in a group. Van Gundy's also had a list of ten things that would
help me work better in a group.
There are also aspects that can damage or destroy a person's creativity. There are six factors that
when brought upon a person who is doing something creative, will undermine both the intrinsic
interest and creative potential of the project. The six factors are:
1.Expected Evaluation: If a person is expecting somebody to be evaluating their work they will
worry about criticisms the person might make. The pressure will cause a person's creativity to be
restricted.
2.Surveillance: Creativity would also be harmed if there is a person constantly peering over your
shoulder as you are trying to be creative.
3.Reward: Although the incentive of a reward might help someone, it might also harm creativity as
I believe a person would be trying to hard to do something they cant and also trying to make
something to perfect and never accepting the good work they have done.
4.Competition: If a person is in competition with another they might focus all their energy on the
competition rather than creativity of the project.

My Creators: My Mother Or Victim
When it comes to certain situations, there are those of us who choose to overcome adversity,
those of us who choose to accept defeat. Those of us who choose to fight , and those who give
up. These individuals are known as creators and victims. A creator is someone who will face a
challenge head on and is not willing to give up easily. Someone who is dealing with a situation
where the odds are not in their favor, but will think of a solution to solve that problem. A victim is

What is the relationship and the responsibility between creator and the created? In the novel
Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, this is the question proposed throughout the entirety of the story. In
the story, there are many references and comparisons to God, Adam, and Lucifer. Adam being God's

Upon learning to read, the Creature read Paradise lost by John Milton. Paradise Lost, in summary,
is about the fall of Lucifer and the other rebel angels; and their plan to corrupt God's new creation,

"[Adam] had come forth from the hands of God a perfect creature, happy and prosperous, guarded

Inclusion Vs. Conforming To Success
My successes, of achieving an objective, have been due more to being more original than
conforming. At first glance,it's shocking that I couldn't recall any success that followed the

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland: A Satire
Late rabbits, talking cats, and dancing cards are just some of the un–natural occurrences that take
place in Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. In today's society with competing books,
such as Harry Potter, these elements in the book may seem like no big deal, but for the time period
the book was published, these were anything but normal. This children's book was first published in
1865 in the United Kingdom; during the Victorian time period, named after Queen Victoria. The
book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland represents a satire on theVictorian Era and how people
were expected to act, through which Carroll displays an overall theme of growing up.
Throughout the book, Alice encounters several out–of–the–ordinary things.
The creatures of wonderland have many random customs. Their behaviors are all justifiable with
strange logic, but the customs are still silly or even cruel. There are obvious echoes of the Victorian
world, as the animals are opinionated and have strong ideas about what constitutes appropriate
behavior. "'I do,' Alice hastily replied; 'at least–at least I mean what I say–that's the same thing you
know.' 'Not the same thing a bit!' said the Hatter. "Why, you might just as well say that 'I see what I
eat' is the same thing as 'I eat what I see'!'"(Carroll 45). The creatures ' preciousness and their

The Creation Of A Complex Within A Character
The creation of a complex within a character is important to the development of the character as a
whole. Authors allow the reader to make assumptions about their character based on the two options
created using this complex. After reading John Milton's Paradise Lost, the creature of Mary Shelley's
Frankenstein creates a complex within himself about whether he is evil, like that of Lucifer, or
good, as if he was Adam. Of the two, the creature is more like the envious Lucifer in Heaven than
that of a child like Adam in Eden. The creature displays more qualities of Lucifer; his abandonment,
eternal suffering, and a vengeful attitude towards their creators. However, he displays the newborn
and solitary qualities that Adam possesses.
Mary Shelley's creature is most like the envious Lucifer, who was stricken from Heaven for his envy
of his creator. Lucifer was cast from Heaven, permitted to do as he pleased while God went about his
business. The creature was also abandoned by his creator after he viewed the creature. "Unable to
endure the aspect of the being I had created, I rushed out of the room, and continued a long time
traversing my bedchamber, unable to compose my mind to sleep" (Shelley 43). When Victor
Frankenstein, the creator of the creature, views his monster he finds it grotesque and appalling.
Rushing out of the room, Frankenstein leaves the creature to do as it pleases. Because he did not
have anyone to look up to, the creature leaves and runs off into the winter
