 Dari data spectrum di GAMBAR-3, terlihat peak yang
tinggi adalah di 8xTS Fan yaitu 25.625 Hz
 1xTS 3.203 Hz * 8 = 25.624 Hz
 Karena pengukuran hanya bisa dilakukan di sisi Motor, root
cause kenapa vibrasi di sisi Fan naik tidak bisa diketahuip
dengan tepat.
 Tanggal 9 dan 10 September 2008 dilakukan overhaul di
fan dengan hasil sbb:fan dengan hasil sbb:
 Lower bearing dari Fan defect dengan beberapa ball
bearing rusak/hilang. (GAMBAR-4 dan GAMBAR-5)
 Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya korosi (air masuk
kedalam sistem pelumasan)
