been dominated by heavy industry
underpinned by the shipbuilding in
Glasgow, coal mining and steel industries.

largely mountainous, with its highest peaks in

 It has a population of 3,064,000.
 Has a total area of 20,779 km2.

     The country is Bilingual with many forms of Celtic
     being spoken there.
