This document discusses various health issues affecting society such as neurological disorders, cardiovascular diseases, cancers, and mental health disorders. It attributes the rise of these non-communicable diseases to factors like toxic food, lack of activity, toxic medical care, and toxic lifestyles. Various studies and data are presented arguing that vaccines, pharmaceutical drugs, and modern western diets high in processed foods and industrial oils are significant contributing causes of the growing chronic disease burden through their toxic and epigenetic effects. Alternative views of health, disease, and medical treatment are proposed focusing on homeostasis, allostasis, and lifestyle-based primary prevention approaches.

8. Discussion
The unexpected result of the Helsinki Businessmen Study
seemed to give a pessimistic impression of multifactorial
primary prevention, ⌠18 year results still show a higher
mortality in the intervention than in the control groupâŚ
. As a whole, the Helsinki Businessmen Study results
cannot be interpreted as refuting the current idea of
cardiovascular risk factors.

âAssessment of the safety of aluminium in vaccines is
important because replacement of aluminium compounds in
currently licensed vaccines would necessitate the introduction
of a completely new compound that would have to be
investigated before licensing. No obvious candidates to
replace aluminium are available, so withdrawal for safety
reasons would severely affect the immunogenicity and
protective effect of some currently licensed vaccines and
threaten immunization programs worldwide.â
16. CDC Whistleblower Announces That the MMR Vaccine
Causes Autism
CDC whistleblower, William Thompson, Thompson admitted that
the CDC had deliberately withheld crucial evidence proving that
the MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine caused autism.
âŚresearch carried out by the CDC in Atlanta, Georgia, revealed
that when African-American boys under the age of 36 months
were given the MMR vaccine, the rate of autism in this group
rose by 340 percent.
In a desperate bid to cover up this tragedy, the CDC decided to
fix the data and eliminated all African-American boys without a
Georgia birth certificate.

Aluminum-Induced Entropy in Biological Systems: Implications

All these findings plausibly implicate Al adjuvants in
pediatric vaccines as causal factors contributing to
increased rates of autism spectrum disorders in
countries where multiple doses are almost
universally administered.
Also, as shown by Goldman and Miller in studies
published in 2011 and 2012, strong correlations between
infant mortality rates and the number of doses of
vaccines administered also suggest deleterious impact
of multiple exposures to their components.

think there's a big lesson here about guidelines without adequate evidence:
They can do harm. Hopefully this lesson will prove to be impactful, because

Blues and purples not only add beautiful shades of tranquility and richness to your plate, they add health-enhancing flavonoids, phytochemicals, and antioxidants. The phytochemical known as Anthocyanins are pigments responsible for the blue color in vegetables and fruits, and are being studied for their role in the bodyâs defense of harmful carcinogens. Blueberries, in particular, are not only rich in Vitamin C and folic acid and high in fiber and potassium, but they are proven to be the #1 source of antioxidants of any food available today.
