Voluntary sector is a large and growing in our country today, and many of this are in the process of institutionalization. Thus, the demand to learn how to manage their operation systematically, efficiently and effectively. Besides the significant role in civil society in governance is becoming increasingly recognized, propelled in diverse ways by the trend towards democratization and globalization.
Is it really Public Administration? …… “ YES”. But let me define and take you to academic voyage of the evolution of “Public” in Public Administration.
