III. RATIONALE AND OBJECTIVE
A. Rationale
Teachers play a crucial role in improving the quality of the teaching and learning
process. Hence, enhancing teacher quality ranks foremost in the many
educational reform efforts toward quality education.
This activity will discuss relevant topics on the Self-assessment using the e-SAT
and preparation of the IPDP – Development planning.
B. Objective:
Provide information and guidance to Teachers on RPMS
Explain the Self- Assessment Tools (SAT)
Prepare an Individual Plan

Encountered
- The session went smoothly without issues because
the topics were discussed and explained well.
Recommendations Teachers should learn how to cope and adapt to changes
because knowing how to cope with it is a sign that we give
a room for improvement and development. Learning is a
continuous process and SLAC is the right avenue for
reskilling and upskilling of teachers for the face to face
classes . It equipped teachers with adequate new
knowledge and skills on how to face and overcome
challenges after the pandemic /crises.
