2011 INDUSTRY AWARDS
Featuring the Pinnacle and Summit Awards
FORT MYERS, Fla. (October 17, 2011)—The Lee Building Industry Association’s (Lee BIA) 2011
Industry Awards were held at Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa on Saturday, October 15th. The
2011 BIA Industry Awards featured both the Pinnacle Awards for residential industry excellence
and Summit Awards for commercial building excellence. Stevens Construction received the
honor of Commercial Contractor of the Year; Stock Development was awarded Developer of the
Year; B&I Contractors was awarded Subcontractor of the Year; Christopher J. Lee Architects was
awarded Architectural Firm of the Year; Energy Concepts of Southwest Florida was awarded
Engineering Firm of the Year; Kuhlman Concrete was awarded Supplier of the Year; and Land
Solutions was awarded Real Estate Brokerage Firm of the Year. A complete list of winners is

The 2011 BIA Industry Awards recognizes and celebrates excellence in the residential and
commercial building industries of Southwest Florida. The BIA Industry Awards, the most
prestigious and unique local building industry honors, are awarded each year to members who
have achieved an outstanding level of success and professionalism in residential design, new
home sales and marketing, as well as commercial building, planning and design.
