- Dynamic websites are a place on the web where people can make their own profile. Typically online forums have user profiles which are a place where the user can write a short résumé, add a photo and where statistical information about the user can be displayed.Profiles are very elaborated in online social networking services such as Facebook, Google profile or LinkedIn in which people have the possibility to describe their identity.
- I wonder if the idea of the profile may have originated from the AIM profile years ago? There may be little to no connection, but I thought it important to bring up the earliest form of profile I ever have on a computer to reference what profiles have become in today’s computer world. If you notice in the yellow rectangle this pop-up box was called the Personal Profile
- Myspaceallows users to customize profile pages by entering HTML into given areas such as "About Me," "I'd Like to Meet," and "Interests." Videos and flash-based content can be included this way. Users also have the option to add music to their profile pages via MySpace Music, a service that allows bands to post songs for use on MySpace.

- I believe the future of user profiles is headed towards a more professional purpose. We have seen profiles evolve over time from basic AIM personal profiles to extremely in depth profiles on LinkedIn. Where do you think the future of the user profiles are headed? In my experience as an NCAA athlete providing a tasteful and accurate account of yourself on a user profile was critical. The NCAA harped on the fact that you never know who may be looking at your profile. Be careful what you display. ..question 2
